Our products combine traditional Korean lactic acid fermentation techniques with local ingredients to bring you authentic flavor and healthy food.

What is Kimchi? Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made by fermenting vegetables—most commonly napa cabbage, radish, and cucumber—along with spices and ingredients like red chili, garlic, ginger, and carrot.

This fermentation process creates a rich, pleasantly spicy flavor and probiotic properties that make kimchi not only delicious but also beneficial for your digestive system.
