IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The gift card can be purchased in person at the information desk in the center, or online on the website Here
  • The gift card can be used in most Aupark Bratislava stores that accept gift cards (stores not accepting gift cards: Čistiareň BLESK, Samsonite, Saunia)
  • The gift card can be loaded with a value from 10€ to 250€
  • The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • The gift card can be used repeatedly until the credit is exhausted
  • The gift card cannot be extended
  • After the gift card expires, you will not be able to use the remaining balance. You are not entitled to a refund of the balance on the gift card
  • Gift cards cannot be merged
  • The gift card is transferable
  • The gift card is not contactless, payment is made via a magnetic stripe
  • The value of the gift card cannot be paid out or exchanged for cash
  • In case of loss, theft, or damage to the gift card, you can request a transfer of the current financial balance to a new gift card at the shopping center by presenting a receipt or other proof of purchase with the TOKEN card number. A fee of 5€ will be charged for issuing a replacement gift card
  • In case of demagnetization of the gift card, a new gift card will be issued free of charge
  • In case of loss or theft, the gift card can be blocked at the shopping center

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GIFT CARD BALANCE YOU CAN FIND OUT AS FOLLOWS:

  • On the website Here
  • At the Aupark Bratislava information desk
  • By scanning the QR code on the back of the card
  • The gift card purchased online must be activated within three (3) months of purchase, either at the shopping center information desk or online at the address: Here, by entering the gift card number and the reference order number, which we will send you by email. Keep the proof of purchase with the card number (TOKEN) in case of loss or theft.

GIFT CARD FOR YOUR COMPANY

If you are interested in purchasing gift cards for your company, you can order a minimum of 5 cards. Gift cards for companies are intended for personal collection only. If you wish to issue an invoice, please include the request in the notes when placing the order.
